We're seeking an experienced Project Release Manager to take ownership of planning, coordinating and delivering complex releases across a large-scale enterprise setting.This is a highly visible role where you'll be responsible for ensuring releases are delivered on schedule, meet quality standards and minimise disruption to business operations.Lead enterprise-wide technology and business releasesWork across major projects, technical teams, vendors and business stakeholdersDrive governance, risk management and successful production deploymentsAbout the RoleWorking closely with project managers, business leaders, technical teams and vendors, you'll lead the release lifecycle from planning and readiness assessments through to deployment and post-release review.
You'll be the central point of coordination, ensuring risks, dependencies and governance requirements are effectively managed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end release planning, scheduling and coordinationDevelop release runbooks and deployment plansLead release governance and readiness assessmentsCoordinate stakeholders across multiple projects and workstreamsManage release risks, issues,



dependencies and escalationsEnsure compliance with change management and CAB processesCoordinate deployment activities and post-release reviewsDrive continuous improvement across release management practicesWhat You'll BringStrong experience in Release Management, Project Delivery, Change Management or Technology OperationsExperience managing complex enterprise technology releasesKnowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologiesExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsStrong risk management and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to coordinate cross-functional teams and competing prioritiesEnterprise technology, infrastructure or digital transformation environmentsITSM practices and processesJira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project or similar toolsDevOps and CI/CD delivery practicesPRINCE2, PMP, ITIL or Agile certificationsIf you're a proactive Release Manager who thrives in complex environments and enjoys bringing people together to deliver successful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you
