Sitting at the centre of day-to-day operations, you'll help keep the team, systems and processes running seamlessly while also coordinating marketing initiatives across the brand and its property campaigns.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys bringing structure to a fast-paced environment and has the creative flair to support marketing, content and brand activity.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the businessImplement and improve internal systems, processes and workflowsCoordinate team priorities, deadlines and operational requirementsSupport agents and management across campaigns, administration and business operationsManage suppliers, external partners and key business relationshipsCoordinate property marketing campaigns from preparation through to launchManage digital channels including website, social media and email marketingCoordinate content creation including photography, video, social and editorialAssist with brand initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing collateralWork closely with agents to ensure listings and campaigns are presented to a premium standardMonitor campaign activity and assist with reporting and performanceIdentify opportunities to improve efficiencies,
