and performance across reporting assetsSupport the ongoing uplift of the organisation's analytics capabilityAbout YouYou'll be a hands-on Analytics Engineer or Senior BI Developer who enjoys working closely with stakeholders and turning business requirements into impactful reporting solutions.Key Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with dimensional modelling (Kimball / Star Schema)Advanced Power BIdevelopment skills, including DAX and semantic modellingPractical experience with Microsoft FabricStrong SQL skillsExperience managing and delivering reporting backlogsAbility to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutionsStrong communication and documentation skillsExperience working within Agile delivery environmentsDesirableExperience with Azure Data ServicesData engineering exposure across modern cloud platformsUnderstanding of data governance and self-service analytics principles
