Key responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for: Carrying out mechanical servicing, repairs and maintenance on a range of heavy and light plant and equipment.You will be responsible for: Scheduling, monitoring and reporting on the maintenance and performance of the Shire's fleet.Supervising and supporting the Workshop team, including managing performance and quality of work.Ensuring Workshop activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.What you needAs Workshop Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for maintaining and servicing essential plant and equipment, ensuring reliable support for the projects and services that directly impact our community.Extensive previous experience in supervising and undertaking workshop services for a wide range of plant and equipment (heavy and light).
Demonstrated ability to make recommendations on complex plant operational and maintenance issues.
