Our collection includes Summergrove Estate, Potager – A Kitchen Garden, Elysian Hills and Bellingdale Farm.
Our separately managed sister business, Tweed Eco Cruises, provides opportunities for collaboration across tourism, partnerships, packages and regional promotion.We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing, Brand & Business Development Manager to drive marketing, partnerships and recent business opportunities across our collection.
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who loves great brands, enjoys building relationships, is passionate about our region and wants to genuinely become part of the businesses they represent.The RoleDevelop and deliver marketing plans and campaigns across our brandsIdentify and develop new business and revenue opportunitiesGrow corporate retreats, events, group stays and emerging marketsBuild relationships with tourism operators, accommodation providers, wedding suppliers, corporate clients and referral partnersDevelop packages, partnerships and cross-promotional opportunitiesRepresent The Hinterland Collection at tourism, wedding, hospitality and local business eventsManage websites, EDMs, databases and digital marketingOversee social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and PinterestWork with our external content creation company to plan professional photography, film, drone and social contentManage content calendars,



creative briefs and campaign rolloutsCoordinate The Hinterland Journal, including stories, features and collaborationsCoordinate PR, media, awards and industry opportunitiesWork with our venue sales and enquiry teams to generate leads and identify opportunities to grow bookingsMonitor marketing performance, enquiries, conversions and campaign resultsCollaborate with Tweed Eco Cruises where opportunities overlapAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is proactive, creative, commercially minded and passionate about what they do.
You'll ideally have 3+ years' experience in marketing, business development or a similar role, with experience in tourism, hospitality, weddings, accommodation or events highly regarded.
You'll be a strong communicator and writer, digitally confident, have a great eye for brands and content, and most importantly, enjoy meeting people and building relationships.
We want someone who gets involved — understands our businesses, spots opportunities, develops new partnerships and proudly represents The Hinterland Collection throughout the Tweed and wider region.Why Join Us?
