Position Available
Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor
$90K-$100K estimated earnings (i.e. salary, tips & bonuses) + superannuation!
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Leading the FOH team through busy services, setting the pace and ensuring consistently high standards of hospitality
Coaching and developing team members through real-time feedback, training and ongoing support
Managing the guest experience and working closely with the wider leadership, FOH and kitchen teams to deliver smooth, successful services

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waiter or similar leadership role within a busy restaurant environment
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with the confidence to lead a team through fast-paced services
Strong food, wine and service knowledge, with a genuine passion for developing people and delivering exceptional hospitality
