Manager Risk & Compliance
to take ownership of our risk, compliance, safety and governance agenda across the business.

What You'll Be Responsible For
You'll lead and evolve the organisation's risk and compliance capability while ensuring strong governance, safety and control frameworks are embedded throughout the business.
You'll establish, enhance and manage a robust risk management framework that enables the organisation to identify, assess and mitigate operational, strategic, financial and reputational risks.
You'll partner with leaders to develop action plans, improve processes and provide expert guidance on risk-related matters.
Compliance & Regulatory Excellence
You'll ensure the business maintains the highest standards of legal, ethical and regulatory compliance.
This includes developing and maintaining policies, driving compliance initiatives, monitoring legislative changes and fostering a culture built on accountability and responsible business practices.
You'll champion workplace safety by supporting the delivery of safety transformation programs,



ensuring compliance with legislative obligations and partnering with stakeholders to proactively manage risk.
Internal Controls & Governance
You'll strengthen internal controls across the organisation, conduct reviews and audits, identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective governance practices are maintained.
Reporting, Insights & Leadership
You'll deliver meaningful reporting and risk insights to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Working closely with operational stakeholders, you'll support strategies that reduce inventory shrinkage, prevent theft and fraud, protect company assets and strengthen risk management practices across the business.

What You'll Bring
We're seeking a commercially minded risk and compliance professional who combines technical expertise with outstanding stakeholder management skills.
You will likely bring:
Proven experience within Risk, Compliance, Audit, Governance or Internal Controls
Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
Experience developing and implementing enterprise risk programs
Workplace Health & Safety experience
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
The ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills
A continuous improvement mindset with a practical,



hands-on approach
Experience within retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, logistics or similarly complex operational environments will be highly regarded.
