Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide practical HR support and end-to-end recruitment services across its national operations.
You'll partner with operational leaders across Australia, supporting employee relations, performance management and workforce planning while recruiting high-volume operational, laboratory, technical and professional roles.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR advice and coaching to managers and employees.
Manage performance, grievances, investigations and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, modern awards, policies and procedures.
Support workforce planning, organisational change and engagement initiatives.
Assist with HR reporting and process improvements.
Build strong relationships across the business.
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple Australian locations.
Recruit high-volume operational and laboratory employees alongside technical specialists, professionals and leaders.
Partner with managers to understand workforce requirements and priorities.
Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical roles.
Manage advertising, interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding.
Provide market insights and improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Support employer branding,



graduate and traineeship initiatives.
About You
Five or more years' experience across generalist HR, HR advisory or talent acquisition.
Strong employee relations and end-to-end recruitment experience.
Operational, laboratory, mining or manufacturing experience is highly regarded.
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice.
Knowledge of the Manufacturing Award is desirable.
Confident working independently and managing competing priorities.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
