Yarra City Council is seeking a Business Engagement Lead to deliver the Business Concierge service within the Economic Development team.
You will coordinate the day-to-day operations and support the implementation of service reviews to modernise processes and improve customer experience.
This role will supervise the concierge officer and work with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver effective, customer-centred and financially sustainable services.
