The role
We're looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join a team delivering some of the most complex projects in our business.
At Unita, Senior CAs are more than contract administrators.
They're trusted commercial partners to the Project Manager and delivery team.
You'll be close to the project, involved in the decisions that matter and given the space to apply your judgement, solve problems and help drive strong outcomes for both the client and the business.
You'll work on projects that will challenge you, alongside experienced people who value commercial thinking, practical solutions and getting the fundamentals right.

Projects finish in a stronger commercial position because of the decisions and discipline you bring throughout delivery
Who this role suits
This role suits an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator who enjoys the detail but understands how each decision affects the broader project.
You are commercially sharp, calm under pressure and confident communicating a clear position.
You work collaboratively, hold a firm line when needed and take pride in helping projects perform well from start to finish.
Commercially accountable, with a strong understanding of margin, cashflow and contractual risk
Analytical and forward-thinking, with the ability to spot exposure before it becomes a bigger issue

Experience we're looking for
5+ years of Contract Administration experience in commercial construction or fitout environments
Demonstrated experience managing complex head contracts and subcontract procurement
Strong working knowledge of variations, extensions of time, claims and commercial forecasting
The ability to understand programme, delivery and margin impacts when making commercial decisions
A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Contract Law, Commerce or a similar field is desirable
A current driver's licence
