Belgravia Leisure is seeking a qualified Aquatic Operations Manager to lead our Auburn aquatics team and oversee all aspects of the centre's operations.
You will supervise Lifeguards, Duty Managers and the Operations crew, ensuring safety, water quality and equipment maintenance.
We value hands-on leadership, robust communication and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This full-time role may require weekend hours to meet facility needs.
