YOUR ROLE
Lead day-to-day production operations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant manufacturing activities




Coordinate production schedules, maintenance activities and workforce resources to achieve targets
Identify, investigate and resolve plant and process issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality and operational performance
Ensure product quality, inventory accuracy and production documentation are maintained to meet business and regulatory requirements
Your Experience
Relevant technical/trade qualification or industry experience
Experience in production planning, chemical processes and resource coordination
Strong understanding of HSE and quality requirements
Experience troubleshooting plant and process issues
Knowledge of propellant or similar high-risk manufacturing environments
