Job Description
We are a not for profit community based preschool open Tuesday to Thursday during NSW school terms.
We are a beautiful rural preschool with 20 children enrolled per day.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated educator to join our team.
Great working hours during school terms.
Qualifications & experience
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved courses only)
Current First Aid Certificate in an Education and Care Setting -including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
Current NSW Working with Children Check.
Current National Police Check.
Current Child Protection Training.
Completed Mandatory Child Safety Training.
Two current and relevant early childhood references.
We are a child safe service.
Prohibited people need not apply.
Tasks & responsibilities




Ability to work as a team member.
To be the responsible person when Director is absent or on leave.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
Experience with working with children aged from 3 to 5 years.
Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development.
Complete learning cycles and maintain educational documentation.
Plan for and actively support an inclusive learning environment.
