About The Role
Are you looking to jump-start your career in payroll and finance?
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Entry-Level Payroll Officer to join an energetic team based on the city fringe of the southern suburbs.
Working within a fun, dynamic, and dedicated team, this position offers a supportive environment where you will gain valuable hands‐on experience across the end‐to‐end payroll cycle.
3-6 month assignment with potential for extension and career advancement for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Processing high‐volume end‐to‐end payroll accurately and on time.
Setting up current employee profiles and maintaining master data files.
Interpreting awards, agreements, and timesheets.
Managing payroll queries from employees with prompt and polite service.
Calculating superannuation, leave accruals, and termination payments.




Assisting with end‐of‐month reconciliation and payroll reporting.
What We're Looking For
Previous exposure to basic payroll, accounts, or administrative functions (relevant qualifications or internship experience will be highly regarded).
Strong numerical accuracy and sharp attention to detail.
Good proficiency in Excel and general accounting/payroll software systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine drive to learn and grow within a team.
