ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the Tony White Group,Hunter GWM & Cardiff GWMare seeking experienced and customer-focusedService Advisorsto join our teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced automotive professionals who thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and take pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and workshop teams, ensuring each customer receives clear communication and a seamless service experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the servicing process
Booking and coordinating vehicle service and repair appointments
Liaising with customers regarding vehicle requirements, progress and recommended repairs
Working closely with technicians and workshop teams to ensure productive workflow
Preparing repair orders, invoices and service documentation accurately
Identifying additional service and repair opportunities where appropriate
Following up with customers and maintaining strong ongoing relationships




Working towards individual and dealership performance targets
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
Robust customer service and communication skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Confidence working in a busy dealership environment
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Good computer and dealership system skills
A proactive, professional and team-focused attitude
Current Driver's Licence
