Debt & Capital Markets Project Lead (Contract)
We are seeking an experienced Debt & Capital Markets professional to support a major financing workstream within a large and complex organisation.
Working closely with the finance leadership team, you will help deliver a mini debt refinancing and support the launch of a formal corporate credit rating process.
Key Responsibilities
Debt Refinancing (Primary Focus)
Manage the end-to-end refinancing process
Coordinate engagement with ~25 banking counterparties
Support debt structuring and tranche analysis
Work with external legal counsel to update facility documentation
Prepare board and shareholder materials
Credit Rating Process (Secondary Focus)
Support advisor and rating agency engagement




Coordinate preparation of financial materials and management presentations
Manage timelines and rating agency Q&A;
Ideal Background
Experience in debt capital markets, structured finance, project finance, or treasury
Background in investment banking, infrastructure finance, advisory, or Big 4 corporate finance
Robust stakeholder management across banks, advisors, and investors
Proven ability to manage complex financing transactions
This is a hands-on project role working within a high-performing finance team on a strategic financing initiative.
