NETWork across SCCM, Intune, Azure services and Microsoft GraphDevelop scripts, tools, configuration items and Graph-based integrations to improve operational efficiencyInvestigate complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement pragmatic, supportable solutionsContribute to the design and improvement of departmental operating system and managed operating environment servicesReview technical designs, code, documentation and implementation approachesProvide technical guidance,
