You will support customers after their booking, handling payments, amendments and inquiries to ensure their cruise experience is smooth and enjoyable.
A passion for travel and customer service is essential.
In this role you'll use cruise knowledge to guide customers, work with partners and internal teams, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional service.
