We are a busy and rapidly growingroadside assistance, mechanical workshop and towing businesslooking for a capable, organised and proactiveService & Operations Coordinatorto join our team.
Working directly with the Directors, this is a key role within the business.
You will take responsibility for theday-to-day running and coordination of our workshop, towing and roadside assistance operations- keeping jobs, staff, customers, parts, bookings and logistics moving smoothly.
This is ahands-on operational rolecombining coordination, administration, customer service and management.
We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, solve problems, take initiative and get things done.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the workshop, towing and roadside assistance
Managebookings, incoming jobs and customer enquiries
Coordinatedispatch, job allocation, scheduling and logistics
Coordinate mechanics, tow operators and roadside assistance staff
Manageparts ordering and ensure mechanics have what they need to complete jobs
Monitor workshop workflow, vehicle movements and job progress
Process and manageinvoicing across multiple platforms
Follow jobs through from booking to completion and invoicing
Deal with customers, suppliers, insurers and other stakeholders
Troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions




Keep the team organised and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Work closely with the Directors to improve and streamline operations
Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business when the Directors are away
About You
We're looking for someone who isorganised, confident, practical and naturally takes ownership.
You will need to be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, dealing with people, using computer systems, coordinating a busy team and making decisions when things don't go to plan.
Experience inautomotive, workshop, towing, roadside assistance, transport, logistics, parts, service coordination or operationswill be highly regarded.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone withinitiative, strong communication skills, attention to detail and a genuine "get it done" attitude.
The Opportunity
This is a genuinesenior operational rolewhere you'll work directly with the Directors and become a trusted and integral part of the business.
You'll have responsibility across the entire operation - frombooking the job, ordering the parts and coordinating the team, through to getting the job completed and invoiced.

$80,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm
Occasional after-hours/on-call responsibility may be required when the Directors are away.
