Key Responsibilities:
Support the shift supervisor in ensuring workplace output, productivity level and compliance
Coordinate work in the team to ensure completion of work in a timely and accurate manner to meet dispatch requirements and fulfill on time delivery targets
Champion the company policies and procedures and ensure the team is adhering to all safety, quality and other national requirements
Provide training to operatives as and when required
Conduct audit of pick schedules as well as oversee and audit inventory and cycle counting procedures
Undertaking additional tasks as directed
About You:
Ability to lead a group and drive performance results
Effective and professional interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable with a positive demeanour
A team player with attention to detail and advocate for protected work practices
Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and food safety principles is an advantage.
Forklift licence/certificate (MHE) including high- reach is essential
Willingness to undertake shift work and overtime as needed




Ability to meet the role requirements and undertake pre-employment background and medical (including Drug and alcohol) testing
