This role will see you working across sites predominantly throughoutGreater Sydney and surrounding areas, with occasional travel across NSW as required.

What your role looks like:
Upgrade, troubleshoot, install and commission a variety of electronic security systems on existing sites, includingCCTV, access control and intercom solutions
Diagnose faults and provide practical upgrade solutions for existing and legacy systems
Liaise directly with clients, building managers and site contacts to understand their requirements and provide professional advice
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant regulations and industry best practice
Maintain accurate records of work completed and provide clear reporting to management
Support the wider service and upgrades team with project coordination, problem‐solving and knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as anElectronic Security Systems Technician
Strong technical knowledge ofCCTV, access control and intercom systems
Knowledge and hands‐on experience with URMET, DNAKE, iPassan (FDI) and Integriti systems is highly regarded / preferred
Experience working with existing and legacy security systems and completing system upgrades
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications




Strong fault‐finding and problem‐solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a wider technical team
Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel to client sites
White Card preferred
Acurrent and valid NSW Security Licence
