PTC Phone Tech & Comm is seeking a Part-Time Customer Experience and Device Technician for our Garden City Store. You will blend customer service with product knowledge, support sales, and learn basic mobile device repairs.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will thrive in a quick-paced retail environment, work with a friendly team, and help deliver exceptional service while keeping repair queues moving and customers satisfied.
