Our Toowoomba Windows & Doors branch is seeking a motivated Project Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality aluminium window and door projects across the Darling Downs region.

The Role /n
/n
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
/n
- Supervise and coordinate site installers to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to specification
/n
- Conduct accurate site measurements and interpret architectural drawings
/n
- Manage materials, prepare work orders, and coordinate procurement
/n
- Provide hands‑on support to installation teams when required
/n
- Monitor project performance against budgets, timelines and KPIs
/n
About You /n
/n
- Proven experience in construction, glazing, or aluminium, ideally progressed from a hands‑on background
/n
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and perform precise measurements
/n
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
/n
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with a focus on teamwork
/n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes
/n
