This is a hands‑on role where you’ll spend time both in the warehouse and out on farms operating tractors and spraying gypsum across orchards and farming properties.
/n
We’re looking for someone with a great attitude and personality — someone who is happy to get stuck in, work hard and build good relationships with farmers and the wider team.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: /n
/n
- Operating tractors across various farms and orchards
/n
- Spraying and spreading gypsum as required
/n
- Travelling to farms throughout the local area
/n
- Assisting with warehouse duties when required
/n
- Loading, unloading and general yard/warehouse duties
/n
- Working closely with farmers and customers
/n
- Keeping machinery clean, safe and well maintained
/n
- Following all workplace and safety procedures
/n
- Jumping in and helping wherever needed
/n
ABOUT YOU: /n
/n
- Previous tractor operating experience is highly regarded
/n
- Confident and comfortable operating machinery
/n
- Reliable and punctual
/n
- Good attitude and a great personality
/n
- Comfortable interacting with farmers and customers
/n
- Happy to work both independently and as part of a team
/n
- Willing to jump in and help with warehouse duties
/n
- Physically fit and happy with a hands‑on role
