NSLHD's Royal North Shore Hospital is seeking a part time Social Worker to join the Community Aged Care team, delivering person-centred care to older adults in the community.

The role focuses on assessment, counselling, crisis management and care planning, with opportunities for professional development within a supportive team. This temporary position runs until 6 February 2028, with potential ongoing employment.
