Pay Rate: $32 per hour, plus casual loading and applicable penalty rates

Roster: Various days and hours, depending on business needs

Cater Care is seeking an experienced Barista to join our hospitality team at an aged care site in Middle Swan.

/n

We’re looking for someone with strong hospitality skills, a customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for delivering quality service. You’ll be part of a professional hospitality team, supporting the daily café and catering operations while providing a welcoming experience for residents, visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare consistently high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages for residents, visitors and staff

/n

- Deliver warm, friendly and professional customer service in an aged care environment

/n

- Assist with food preparation, meal service and café operations

/n

- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and resident wellbeing

/n

- Support residents with patience,

Desired Skills and Experience /n

About You

/n

/n

- Qualified Barista with previous experience in a café, hospitality or aged care workplace

/n

- Passionate about coffee, food and delivering quality service

/n

- Reliable, flexible and a positive team player who works well in a busy environment

/n

- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and safe food handling

/n

- Friendly and approachable, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting older people

/n
