- Exceptional time management and follow-up skills extremely important

- Possess great attention to detail

- Previous music industry or general sales experience is preferred

/n

- Any previous knowledge & experience listing & selling products on eBay & Online Web Cart platforms such as Magento &/or through Social Media platforms an advantage.

/n

- Extensive Sales and Product training will be provided to the successful applicant(s) so you must have a willingness to learn on the job as you grow into the role with the ability to follow instructions in detail as required.

Duties & Responsibilities; /n

Sales Role: Proficiency & Efficiency along with multi-tasking abilities and the capacity to be able to prioritise and focus is key.



Dealing with customer sales enquiries in a friendly & positive manner both in person & when answering telephone sales calls.

Responding/liaising with customers via email & our various selling platforms such as eBay & Website with a sales focused approach, following up of general sales leads extremely important, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers, placing store orders & drop shipping items, setting up & packing down of drum kits & related hardware, packing orders and general products ready for dispatch, booking parcels via post & freight companies etc.

Sales Role includes the responsibility to upload products Online: Intermediate computer knowledge for the creation & maintenance of our Magento Web Cart platform & eBay listing software for product content creation & upload, gathering & collating product data from various suppliers, manufacturers & online resources, editing & adjusting pricing as and when required.

/n
