Kick Ass Products are looking for Fulltime and Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at Gosford.

/n

We're looking for someone who is great with people, enjoys selling and has a genuine interest in the kind of gear our customers use.

/n

You might already know your way around lithium batteries, solar panels, DC-DC chargers and inverters. You might come from automotive, 4WD, camping, trade or technical retail. Or you might simply be a robust salesperson who loves this space and wants to learn more.

/n

We'd love to find someone with 12V knowledge, but we're not going to overlook a great salesperson just because they don't know everything yet.

/n

We have training tools and product resources in place to help you learn the range, understand customer setups and confidently recommend the right products.

We sell everything from lithium batteries, solar and charging systems through to fridges, camping gear, lighting and 4WD accessories.

What you'll be doing /n

You'll spend most of your time on the showroom floor helping customers work out what they actually need.

/n

You'll also:

/n

/n

- Talk with customers about their setup, needs and budget

/n

- Recommend products and solutions that genuinely suit them

/n

- Explain technical products in a simple, practical way

/n

- Build your knowledge across our 12V, power, camping and 4WD ranges

/n

- Work towards sales and customer service targets





/n

- Assist with stock, merchandising, inventory and store presentation

/n

- Help with customer enquiries and warranty claims

/n

- Share your knowledge with the team if you're already experienced in 12V

/n

Who we're looking for /n

You’ll be a great fit if you:

/n

/n

- Have experience in face-to-face sales, retail, trade counter sales or customer service

/n

- Are confident, friendly and comfortable starting conversations with customers

/n

- Enjoy understanding what someone needs and recommending the right solution

/n

- Are motivated by sales targets and delivering great customer service

/n

- Have an interest in 4WDing, camping, caravanning, touring, automotive or the outdoors

/n

- Are comfortable learning technical products

/n

- Are reliable, energetic and happy to get involved in all areas of the store

/n

- Can work a retail roster including weekends

/n

/n

Experience with 12V systems, lithium batteries, solar, DC-DC chargers, inverters, auto electrical, caravan, RV or marine products is highly regarded, but not essential.
