About the Role /n

Our patients come to us at a turning point - living with missing teeth, failing dental work, or a smile they've hidden for years.

Receptionist Responsibilities /n

Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable, cared for, and confident from the moment they arrive

/n

- /n

Managing appointments, phone calls, and emails with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail

/n

- /n

Coordinating with dentists, hygienists, and nurses to keep schedules running smoothly and on time

/n

- /n

Handling administrative tasks , including patient records, data entry, correspondence, and filing

/n

- /n

Processing payments, invoices, and health fund claims accurately and efficiently

/n

- /n

Maintaining accurate patient information within the practice management system

/n

- /n

Supporting day-to-day practice operations , including scanning, documentation, and general office duties

/n

- /n

Staying positive, organised, and calm , even during busy periods

/n

- /n





Taking ownership of the front desk and patient experience , ensuring a consistently high standard of service

/n

Patient Coordinator Responsibilities /n

You will own the patient journey end-to-end - from initial enquiry through to post-surgery follow-up. Your ability to build trust, communicate value, and confidently guide patients through high-value treatment decisions is what drives success in this role.

Key Responsibilities as a Patient Coordinator /n

Convert inbound enquiries into booked consultations through structured, high-quality conversations

/n

- /n

Present treatment plans, fees, and finance options (Humm, Zip, super release, payment plans) with confidence

/n

- /n

Guide patients through hesitation and decision-making with clarity, not pressure

/n

- /n

Coordinate complex treatment cases (IV sedation, GA, lab timelines, surgical schedules)

/n

- /n

Manage and maintain a clean, active CRM pipeline

/n

- /n

Act as the key point of contact between patients, clinicians, and the front-of-house team

/n

About You /n





You're a strong communicator who builds trust quickly and genuinely enjoys helping people navigate important decisions.

/n

Experience in sales or consultative roles (healthcare, aesthetics, property, hospitality, or similar)

/n

- /n

Confidence discussing fees, finance, and closing decisions

/n

- /n

High emotional intelligence - you adapt your communication style with ease

/n

- /n

Solid organisation and follow-through - nothing slips through the cracks

/n

- /n

A genuine interest in healthcare and patient outcomes

/n

Dental experience is not required - we'll teach you everything you need to know.
