Our Stylists work one-on-one with customers to create garments that are uniquely theirs — from selecting fabrics and designing every detail to taking measurements and bringing their vision to life.

ABOUT THE ROLE /n

As a Stylist, you/'ll be the face of InStitchu — creating a personalised and memorable experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

/n

You/'ll work one-on-one with clients to understand their style, occasion and preferences, then guide them through the process of creating their perfect custom garment.

/n

This is a people-focused, fashion-focused and commercially driven role where no two customers are the same.





Your day-to-day will include: /n

/n

- /n

Styling customers across our men's and womenswear collections.

/n

- /n

Conducting professional garment measurements to achieve the perfect fit.

/n

- /n

Guiding customers through hundreds of customisation options, premium fabrics and design details.

/n

- /n

Building strong relationships with customers and creating a personalised styling experience.

/n

- /n

Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.

/n

- /n

Following up with customers and leads to build long-term relationships and maximise sales opportunities.

/n

- /n

Maintaining an accurate customer database and managing follow-up activity.

/n

- /n

Providing exceptional service throughout the entire customer journey.

/n

- /n

Assisting with the day-to-day running and presentation of the showroom.

/n

- /n

Supporting showroom events, campaigns and other initiatives.

/n

- /n

Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve showroom goals.

/n

ABOUT YOU /n

We/'re looking for someone who is confident, energetic, personable and genuinely passionate about fashion and people.

/n

You don/'t need to have a background in tailoring or luxury fashion. We/'re more interested in your personality, commercial mindset and willingness to learn.

/n

You/'ll ideally have:

/n

/n

- /n

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales or customer service.

/n

- /n

A genuine interest in fashion, styling, design and quality.

/n

- /n

A natural ability to build rapport and connect with different types of customers.





/n

- /n

Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face, over the phone and via email.

/n

- /n

Confidence in a consultative sales environment.

/n

- /n

Strong organisation and time-management skills.

/n

- /n

A positive, energetic and engaging personality.

/n

- /n

A strong sense of ownership, initiative and accountability.

/n

- /n

The motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.

/n

- /n

A polished personal presentation and a genuine interest in style.

/n

/n

Previous experience in premium or luxury fashion is highly regarded, but not essential.
