Powerhouse Parramatta is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day visitor-facing services, coordinating frontline operations across Visitor Hospitality, Lang Walker Academy and Powerhouse Residencies. The role acts as the escalation point during shifts to ensure protected, efficient, and high-quality service in a complex 24-hour environment.
The position is a fixed-term, part-time role up to 4 years, with a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
