We are seeking a hands-on and reliable permanent Full-Time Chef to support day-to-day kitchen operations. Reporting to the Head Chef and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering and maintaining service standards, mis-en-place, and contributing to overall kitchen performance.

The role includes a wide range of responsibilities, ranging from leadership, dish costing and procedure implementation, assisting the leadership team with day-to-day management as well as contributing to dish development. Key Responsibilities: /n
/n
- To prepare, cook and present (or otherwise delegate to other kitchen staff including cooks) food for service across all sections
/n
- Supervising and coordinate activities of kitchen staff and other chefs
/n
- Inspecting supplies, equipment's and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
/n
- Stocktaking, ordering and inventory maintenance of ingredients and supplies
/n
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
/n
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures
/n
Key Requirements & Experience: /n
/n
- Applicant must have at least 1 year of relevant employment experience
/n
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for food
/n
- Commitment to excellent customer service
/n
- Strong work ethicand ability to perform under pressure whilst maintaining standards
/n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
/n
- Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends
/n
Qualifications: /n
/n
- Applicant will ideally hold relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications
/n
