Join a growing water treatment business that owns and operates critical treatment infrastructure across WA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to take ownership of maintenance strategy, systems and asset performance across a portfolio of operational water treatment facilities.

Based in Perth, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of plant equipment while leading maintenance activities across a range of water treatment technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all maintenance planning and execution activities across operational treatment plants.
- Manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs to maximise asset reliability.
- Oversee maintenance of pumps, valves, instrumentation and control systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance systems and processes.
- Manage contractors and maintenance service providers as required.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with compliance requirements.

Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a Maintenance Supervisor, Superintendent or Management role.
- Background in water treatment, process plant, utilities, mining or heavy industrial environments.




- Solid knowledge of asset management, maintenance systems and CMMS platforms.
- Experience managing pumps, valves, rotating equipment and plant infrastructure.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability and operational excellence.
