- Casual position, 37.5 hours per week Rostered shifts are between 7:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

- Start: ASAP

- Location: Canning Vale

- $38.46 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) plus super

- Project duration: Currently approved through to 23 rd October, with the possibility of an extension if additional fruit flies are detected

Role Description:

- Undertake field-based activities as part of a biosecurity response program

- Apply treatments and maintain monitoring equipment across designated areas

- Conduct surveillance, inspections, and sample collection

- Engage with residents to provide information on control measures and requirements

- Accurately record data and follow established operational procedures

- Support broader emergency response activities as required

Essential Criteria

- Valid WA Driver’s Licence





- Full working rights in Australia

- National Police Check (dated within the last 6 months or willing to obtain)

- Ability to work outdoors in a field-based role

- Valuable communication skills and ability to interact with the public

- Previous field, biosecurity, or environmental experience (desirable)
