Permanent Full-Time | Commencing Term 1, 2027

Lead a welcoming Catholic primary school where faith, learning and strong community partnerships inspire every child to discover their strengths and fulfil their potential.

Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking an experienced and faith-filled educational leader to join St Madeleine's Primary School, Kenthurst as Principal Leader. This is a permanent full-time position commencing in Term 1, 2027.

As Principal Leader, you will provide spiritual, educational and operational leadership to a welcoming K-6 Catholic school situated within the natural bushland environment of Kenthurst. You will lead a clear and evidence-informed improvement agenda, strengthen staff capability and create the conditions in which every student is known, valued and supported to flourish.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a relational and strategic leader to build upon St Madeleine's strong foundations and guide the next chapter of a well-established Catholic learning community.

Qualifications & Accreditation

Applicants must:

Meet the requirements of Category E Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead, or be willing to achieve these requirements within the first contract term

Hold a valid Working with Children Check

Hold NESA accreditation

Certified copy of Category D or E Accreditation

Copy of Baptism Certificate

Working with Children Check clearance * A Parish Priest Recommendation

Evidence of NESA accreditation
