The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established construction business delivering high-end residential projects throughout Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
With projects valued up to $15M, this is an opportunity to take ownership of quality-driven projects and work alongside an experienced team delivering premium construction outcomes.

Monday to Friday | Up to $180K + Super
About the Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from construction through to completion, managing programme, cost, quality, subcontractors and client expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing high-end residential projects valued up to $15M
- Leading projects from commencement through to practical completion and handover
- Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and variations
- Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, architects and engineers
- Managing client relationships and project expectations
- Ensuring quality, safety and programme targets are achieved
- Managing project documentation, reporting and project controls
- Identifying and resolving construction issues proactively
- Using Procore to manage project documentation, communication and workflows
- Working closely with site teams to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard





About You We are looking for a Project Manager who is confident managing complex construction projects and has a strong understanding of the delivery process.
You must have:

- Proven Project Management experience within the construction industry
- Strong Procore experience – essential
- Experience managing projects up to $15M
- Excellent knowledge of construction programmes, budgets and subcontractor management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A high level of attention to detail and organisation

Your background:

- Ideally, you will have experience delivering high-end residential projects
- We are also open to candidates coming from a strong Class 2 construction background
- Experience with premium finishes, detailed construction and quality-driven projects will be highly regarded
