About the role
Drive innovation, influence practice and help shape the future of mental health care across Western NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinician to lead the implementation and evaluation of Cognitive Remediation Therapy (CRT) across Western NSW Mental Health Drug & Alcohol Services, improving access to evidence-based care for people living with severe and persistent mental illness.

This role works at the intersection of clinical practice, research and service development, supporting clinicians across inpatient and community mental health services to deliver CRT and achieve meaningful outcomes for consumers.

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will provide leadership, education and mentoring while contributing to a nationally significant research project focused on enhancing recovery and everyday functioning.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you have the opportunity to influence service delivery, coordinate research activities,



engage with key stakeholders and support the translation of research into real-world clinical practice.
