Are you a salesperson who genuinely enjoys selling?

Frames Now is looking for confident, motivated and commercially minded Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team on a casual basis.

About the role /n

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will engage and collaborate with customers to design custom picture frames that suit their artwork.

/n

Frames Now specialises in custom framing, ready-made frames, wall art, canvas printing and personalised design solutions.

Key responsibilities /n

/n

- Recommend products and framing solutions that suit the customer's needs, style and artworks

/n

- Confidently present options, upsell and cross-sell complementary products and services where appropriate

/n

- Manage the customer journey and turn every interaction into a sale - adapt and pivot as needed to guidecustomers,so theydon’twalk away empty-handed.

/n

- Work towards store sales targets and KPIs

/n

- Provide a high level of personalised customer service while maintaining a strong commercial focus

/n

- Assist customers with ready-made frames, wall art and canvas selections

/n

- Learn our custom framing process and develop your product knowledge

/n

- Contribute to store presentation, merchandising and overall store performance

/n

About you /n

/n

- Previous retail sales or consultative sales experience

/n

- Confidence engaging with customers and initiating conversations

/n

- A natural ability to ask questions,



understand needs and make recommendations

/n

- A quick learner, you will need to learn the skills to design outstanding picture frames in a matter of weeks, not months.

/n

- Experience working towards sales targets or KPIs

/n

- A positive, energetic and professional approach and excellent personal presentation -you’llbeprovidinginterior design guidance, and your professionalism influences customer confidence and sales.

/n

- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team

/n

- Unrestricted working rights in Australia

/n

- Experience in homewares, furniture, soft furnishings, lighting, floristry, jewellery, photography, blinds, hardware, interiors or other consultative sales environments will be highly regarded.
