Henry Buck Pty Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an experienced casual Warehouse Assistant to join our team! This role offers a unique chance to be part of a company with a rich history and heritage, working with luxury brands and customers.

You will support the Warehouse Manager in processing products from our warehouse to our store network.

/n

We have casual opportunities available up to 20 to 30 hours on casual rate.

Primary Responsibilities: /n

/n

- Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including picking and packing orders.

/n

- Assist warehouse order fulfilment.

/n

- Assist with the delivery and receipt of goods sourced from overseas, coordinating with freight forwarders.

/n

- Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the distribution center.

/n

- Coordinate daily activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring efficient delivery to stores.

/n

- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

/n

- Coordinate the put-away, replenishment, and picking of stock for store delivery.

/n

- Deliver stock to stores as needed, using the company van.

/n

- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Policies, Human Resources Policies, and WHS responsibilities, and promote awareness among team members.

/n

- Support stock-takes with external companies and the Finance team.

/n

- Support a shipment delivery schedule.

/n

Skills & Experience /n

/n

- A can-do attitude and must be a team player

- Full Australian working rights

- Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving business improvements.

- Results-oriented with solid time management and planning skills.

/n





- Previous experience in apparel warehousing (highly desirable).

/n

- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).

/n

- Valid Australian Driver's License (mandatory); LO/LF licenses (preferred).

/n

- Attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to identify and communicate desired business initiatives.

/n

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple competing priorities.
