As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Garum, you will create memorable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests. You will deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and engaging restaurant experience.

Key responsibilities

Create memorable guest experiences through warm, genuine and attentive service

Understand guest preferences and deliver service excellence with every interaction

Confidently explain menu items, beverage offerings and daily specials

Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth dinner service

Prepare and maintain restaurant stations, ensuring tables are set to the highest standard

About you

Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, café, or hotel food & beverage environment is highly regarded

Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments

Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues

Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and remains calm under pressure

Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Self-motivated, proactive, and always willing to lend a helping hand

Well-presented with a skilled and positive attitude

Valid working rights in Australia
