Position Description
Working within a supportive, positive and team-oriented team, this role will be suited to someone who is looking to further develop in their career on a permanent basis. With exceptional training provided, the role will include but not be limited to:

- Assist with Payroll processing and calculations for the national weekly payruns
- Email and hand out payslips
- Maintain company payroll records in an accurate and confidential manner
- Respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining pay records, employee records, leave records and related information
- Assist with reporting duties at end of month

Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in a Payroll Officer position within a medium to large organisation
- High volume Payroll processing experience up to 1,000 employees
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
