What you’ll be doing:
- Running your section with confidence, efficiency, and consistency
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to recipe and brand standards
- Supporting smooth service with solid organisation and a sense of urgency
- Monitoring stock, minimising waste, and maintaining cost awareness
- Mentoring and supporting apprentices and junior chefs
- Working collaboratively across kitchen sections to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Maintaining impeccable food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
