The Role

An exciting prospect has arisen for an experienced Lawyer to join the firm’s Succession Law team. You will manage a varied caseload of succession matters, working directly with clients and providing practical, high-quality legal advice. The role offers the opportunity to manage matters with autonomy while working alongside experienced practitioners within a supportive team.

- Managing a wide-ranging caseload of succession law matters
- Providing advice and ongoing support to clients
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence
- Negotiating settlements and assisting with dispute resolution
- Representing clients in court where required
- Managing matters from initial instruction through to resolution
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent client outcomes

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience within succession law
- Robust legal drafting and case management skills




- Confidence managing your own matters and client relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A practical and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
