Troocoo is proud to be partnering with a large and well established organisation providing essential services and support to people and communities across Queensland. An chance is available for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join their established procurement team and deliver end to end sourcing projects across a diverse portfolio of indirect categories.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead end to end sourcing projects across a range of indirect categories
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Prepare procurement plans, tender documents and requests for proposal
- Manage tender processes, including market engagement, supplier evaluation and commercial analysis
- Lead supplier negotiations and prepare recommendations for contract award
- Manage multiple sourcing projects while maintaining quality, accuracy and deadlines
About You
- Minimum of 3 years of experience independently managing end to end strategic sourcing and formal tender processes
- Experience managing complex, end to end sourcing projects across indirect categories
- Experience developing tender documentation,
evaluating supplier responses and preparing sourcing recommendations
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Confident stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation skills
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities independently
