About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead this busy fashion store at Harbour Town Gold Coast.

You will take ownership of the store's overall performance, leading from the front to drive sales, develop your team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves fashion, thrives in a quick-paced environment and knows how to create a strong sales culture.
Best of all, you'll enjoy a Tuesday to Saturday roster, giving you every Sunday and Monday off.

Skills and Experience

- Previous Store Management experience within fashion or a fast-paced retail environment
- Proven ability to drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance




- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of wages, stock and operational performance
- Confident visual merchandising skills and strong attention to detail
- Passion for fashion, styling and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Energetic, positive and comfortable leading from the shop floor
