About the Role

Join Intensive Care Services as a Ward Clerk and play a key role in keeping our busy ICU connected and organised. You’ll deliver responsive administrative and clinical support, maintain accurate patient information and help clinical teams provide seamless, timely care.

- Coordinate patient appointments, transfers and discharges
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical information




- Support bed management and daily ICU administration
- Manage enquiries, correspondence and frontline reception
- Liaise with clinical teams, patients, visitors and services

About You

Bring strong organisation, communication and customer service skills to a rapid-paced Intensive Care environment. To be successful in this role you will:

- Bring experience in administration, data entry or secretarial support
- Deliver high-quality customer service to staff and the public
- Prioritise a high volume of work accurately and efficiently
- Communicate confidently while maintaining confidentiality
- Work across a seven-day roster, including weekend shifts
