Join Riverton Hospital as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager where you'll contribute to high-quality patient care while leading infection prevention initiatives that support safe, effective healthcare delivery.

About the Role

This permanent part-time opportunity combines two rewarding functions:

Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM)

Support clinical leadership and the delivery of high-quality nursing care, contribute to team coordination, mentor staff, and support day-to-day service delivery and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities:

What You'll Bring

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia, with a practising certificate
- Experience in nursing leadership and infection prevention and control
- Postgraduate qualifications in infection control, or willingness to undertake further study
- Robust leadership, communication and education skills
- Commitment to patient safety and continuous improvement
