Community Collective is growing, and we're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our Gold Coast Sales Team and FIFO Travel Sales Team.

If you've worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, leadership, events or the trades, chances are you've already developed many of the people skills that translate well into sales.

No sales experience? That's fine. We provide full training, ongoing coaching and support from day one.

✈️ Travel Sales Representative — Limited Positions

- Travel across Australia approximately once every four weeks

- Flights and accommodation provided

- Full-time hours

- Face-to-face B2B and residential sales campaigns

- Opportunities to move quickly into leadership

- Must be based in Gold Coast or willing to relocate

? Gold Coast Sales Representative — Full-Time

- Monday–Friday, face-to-face sales across Gold Coast

- Structured training and ongoing coaching

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, leadership or trade-based roles is highly regarded, but not essential.
