About the role
Reporting to a senior partner, you will manage a complex family law caseload across property settlements, parenting disputes and high-conflict matters, while playing a meaningful role in mentoring junior and mid-level lawyers.
• Lead complex family law files independently
• Guide clients through sensitive and high-stakes disputes
• Review junior lawyer work and support technical development
• Build confidence across the team through mentoring
• Contribute to training programs and practice development
• Have genuine input into team operations and future direction

Requirements
• 8+ years PAE in family law within an Australian jurisdiction
• Proven ability to manage a complex, high-conflict family law caseload independently
• Experience across property settlements and parenting disputes
• A genuine interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
• Strong communication skills with clients, colleagues and court
• Collaborative by nature, with a transparent and team-oriented approach
