Midway Tavern is an extremely busy venue located at Elizabeth Downs. It is home to an experienced and truly cohesive team who support each other to deliver an unforgettable experience. It has 3 bars, a large bistro with a new playground, beer garden, a busy gaming room and detached bottle shop.

Role

As Bottle Shop 2IC you will support the Bottle Shop Manager to provide excellent customer service and lead the team to do the same. You will also assist with keeping the store tidy and well presented at all times.

The successful candidate will:





- Deliver excellent customer service consistently.

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

- Have good product knowledge and willingness to learn.

- Demonstrate ability to solve problems in an effective, calm manner.

- Supervise and train staff as needed.

- Support the Bottle Shop Manager in completing stock takes.

- Work across a 7-day roster.

- Forklift Licence an advantage (or must be willing to undertake training)

- Experience with H&L; beneficial.
